How to Import a Contact's Secondary Email on SugarCRM
When managing your contacts in SugarCRM, you may find the need to import a secondary email as a contact for some users. SugarCRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) application used by businesses for both employees and their customers. Therefore, if a customer has two email addresses and wants them used for different purposes, it is important to include both email addresses in that customer's contact file. If you are importing the contact from a vCard, the secondary email is automatically added, but if you have created the contact yourself, you have to manually add the secondary email.

Log in to SugarCRM.

Click "Contacts" from the menu.

Locate the contact to which you want to add the secondary email and click "Edit."

Click "Add" after the first email address field. This creates a second field. Type in the secondary email address. Click the "Primary" checkbox next to your primary email.
