Buy the Coinz by clicking "Add Coinz and Cash" at the top of the screen. They accept credit cards, gift cards, PayPal and Meez Coinz card. Electronics stores such as Best Buy carry the Meez cards. There is also an option to pay by mail, which includes checks, money orders and cash. The packages range from $5 to $50, and will give you anywhere between 5,060 and 62,500 Coinz.

Play games frequently. Click the "Games" link near the top of the screen to view featured and top rated games. Scroll down to see them organized in categories, such as Action, Puzzles, Time Management and Platformers. All of the games pay out Coinz, and you'll receive them each time you pass a level. Extra points are earned when you achieve an award, such as earning a certain number of points for passing a specific level. Each game description includes a rating of up to five stars.

Complete offers on the special offers page. Some offers pay 50 Coinz, while others pay out thousands. Some are free, while others require a purchase. Read the description to find out when you'll receive the Coinz. Not all of the offers pay instantly; some of them require you to wait a few days. You can receive Coinz for downloading Internet Explorer or watching YouTube videos. Some offers require you to sign up at other websites using your email address.

Answer surveys on the survey page. You are rewarded every time a survey is complete and new surveys are added regularly. Sort the results by clicking "Free," "Mobile" or "Popular." Many start by asking your gender, and will sign you up to receive more surveys in the future. You will receive 25 Coinz even if you are disqualified. After you hit submit, it could take up to 24 hours for the Coinz to appear in your account.
