How to Open an Amazon Fashion E-Store
Amazon allows its affiliates to set up e-stores, called Amazon aStores, to sell Amazon products. The affiliate selects the products to sell in the aStore and Amazon pays a commission to the affiliate each time a customer buys an item. As the world's largest online retailer, Amazon sells a range of clothes, shoes and other fashion products that affiliates can market and sell in their own fashion aStore. To open your own Amazon fashion e-Store, you will need first need to sign up for an Amazon Associates affiliate account.

Open your Web browser and go to Astore.amazon.com. This opens the aStore signup page.

Click "Join Associates" under the "Don't Have an Account?" heading, if you are not already a member of the Amazon Associates affiliate program. Complete the online Associates application form. You will need to provide details of your blog or website and contact information, including email address, postal address and phone numbers. Skip this step if you already have an Amazon Associates account.

Click "Build an aStore Now" at the top of the page. Enter your Amazon Associates password and user ID into the login fields.

Enter a tracking ID code into the "Add a new Tracking ID" input box. Choose any appropriate word that describes the store's content; for example, "fashion" or "clothes." This helps Amazon to separate affiliate sales into different channels for reporting purposes. Click "Continue." This launches the "Create aStore Pages" page.

Click the "Your aStore Link" in the main window to add products to your fashion e-store. Select individual fashion products for your store by typing relevant keywords into the search box and clicking the check box next to the product. Add entire fashion product categories to the store by clicking the category or subcategory in the product selector menu. For example, you might want to add the entire "Women's Shoes" or "Lingerie" categories to the store.

Click the "Continue" button to select the color theme and layout for the aStore with the supplied layout templates and color-picker tool. Click "Preview Store" to view how the color scheme and store design will look on the Web. Click the "Continue" button.

Click the check box beside the sidebar widgets that you want to add to the fashion aStore. You can include wish lists or best-selling products lists as sidebar widgets. Click the "Continue" button.

Highlight and copy the Uniform Resource Locator address for your Amazon aStore from the text field. This is the Web address for your e-store and you'll need this to market and promote the store. Click the "Finish" button to complete the procedure. Your Amazon fashion store is now live on the Web.

Tips & Warnings
Edit the layout and design of the store, or add and delete products by signing in to your Amazon Associates account, selecting the "aStore" option and clicking "Edit."
