How to Install "Share It" Codes in Blogger
Adding a "share it" code to your Blogger blog allows visitors to click a button and share your blog post and content with friends on social networks. Most "share it" code services link to many social networks and microblogging websites so that users can share the Web page with different groups of friends and contacts. To install "share it" buttons on Blogger, you will need to add the share code snippet to the HyperText Markup Language design code for your blog.

Log in to your preferred "share it" code provider, such as AddThis or ShareThis. Click the "Get" or "Get the Button" link in the navigation menu. Select "Blogger" from the list of button options.

Scroll through the page and find the share button display size and format that best suits the design of your blog. Highlight and copy the code from the HTML field beside your preferred button.

Sign in to your Blogger account.

Click the "Design" menu option under the title of the blog to which you want to add the share code. Select "Edit HTML" in the Design menu at the top of the page.

Scroll to the "Edit Template" section. Click the "Expand Widget Templates" check box above the HTML field.

Locate the "<div class='post-footer'>" code tag in the HTML code field. Paste the share code snippet you copied in step 2 immediately after this tag.

Click the orange "Save Template" button to save the changes and update your blog.

Press the "F3" button on your computer keyboard and enter "<div class='post-footer'>" into the search field to quickly search the page and find the correct code in step 6.
