How to Allow Uploads to YouTube Fan Pages
If you have your own YouTube channel or "fan" page where you publish all your videos, you have two ways to allow others to share videos on the channel. To allow video uploads directly to your channel, you must give people your username and password. If you don't want to provide people that kind of access to your YouTube channel, the other option is to allow video responses to videos you've already posted to your channel.
