How to Make Showerhead Cleaner

Instead of purchasing commercial shower cleaners filled with chemicals, make your own shower cleaner and use it regularly. Does this Spark an idea?

Tips & Warnings
On a regular basis wipe down the showerhead with a cleaning rag moistened with white vinegar followed by clean water. This keeps the head clean for the most part and prevents dirt and calcium from accumulating and blocking the jets.
