How to Make Slotted Holes in Metal
Slotted holes in metal can be used for a variety of manufacturing purposes, including tools, appliances and machinery fittings and decorative patterns. The holes are commonly punched through the metal with the use of high powered hydraulic machinery. The size of the hole capable of being punched depends on the power of the machinery and the size of the piercing cap being used. Slots can be punched into metal by individuals with little prior experience using the machinery.
