Tenant Pro Troubleshooting

There are steps you can take to troubleshoot your version of Tenant Pro.

Tenant Pro is a property management software that lets you manage every aspect of the property business. If you should run into problems with the software's operation, try a few steps before calling the software company for support.

Instructions

1. Uninstall the software and perform a complete reinstallation. Often many problems are caused by a corruption during a previous installation. In this case the reinstallation process should remedy the problem.

2. Check the specifications for the hardware your are working with. The manual you received with Tenant Pro will have a list of minimum requirements for the machine it is running on. If your machine does not meet any of those requirements, you might have problems running the software.

3. Send in your product registration card. If you have not done this your software will not work. This is a security measure to prevent illegal copying of the software.
