Open "NCAA Football's" TeamBuilder website. The link is in the Resources section.

Click "Log in" at the top of the screen and provide your login information.

Click "Create New School."

Name the team and where they are from. Click "Next."

Edit the team's outfits. In this screen, create the team's jerseys, pants and helmets. Edit both the home and away jerseys using the Home/Away selector on the left. Click "Next."

Name and edit the players. Click on a player and change their name, position and stats to your liking. When editing the stats, "99" is the best rating possible while "0" is the worst. Click "Next."

Create a stadium with the parts on the screen. Click "Finish."

Turn on "NCAA Football 11" on your console. Select the "TeamBuilder" option under Team Management. Search for your team by name. Select "Download."
