How to Get to Ever Grande City in "Emerald"
"Pokemon Emerald" takes players on an adventure through the island of Hoenn. The ultimate goal is to defeat the Elite Four and earn the National Dex. Before you can do that, you must collect the eight gym badges from the minor cities of Hoenn. Once you have all eight, you must travel to Ever Grande City, where you'll meet the champions of Hoenn and challenge them for the ultimate prize, the National Dex.

Proceed through the game until you've collected all eight gym badges.

Travel to Mossdeep City. It's east off the coast of Lilycove City, across Route 124.

Surf south from Mossdeep City. You acquired the skill surf after getting your sixth gym badge. This takes you through Route 127.

Continue until you reach the southern extreme of Route 128. From here, veer east. You'll soon arrive at the shore of Ever Grande City.
