Brush a clean mascara wand across your lips to remove any dry skin.

Apply clear moisturizing lip balm.

Leave your lips looking natural, or add a distinct shade on your lips by applying lipstick over the lip balm. Then, dust your lips with face powder to create a base for lip gloss to stick to. If applying shaded lipstick for color, apply it again over the powder at this time.

Line your mouth with lip liner. Choose a shade that will either match your lipstick or blends with your skin tone, if you want a natural look.
