1
Check to see that the cable connecting the projector to an external device is securely plugged in if no image appears. The exact connection will depend on the type of device being used, but AV, VGA/Component, HDMI or USB cords should be inserted into the labeled jacks on the back of the projector.
-
2
Make sure the ventilation openings on the projector are not blocked. The device can overheat and malfunction if air flow is restricted.

3
Charge the battery by inserting the power cord into the slot on the back of the projector and plugging the AC adapter into a wall outlet. The LED indicator light on the top of the projector will turn green when the battery is fully charged. Charging can take up to three hours.

4
Remove and clean the battery if battery capacity is low after being charged. Slide the battery cover toward you to remove it. Lift the battery out of the compartment and wipe the metal battery connectors with a dry cloth. Push the battery back into the compartment and slide the cover on. If the battery continues to not hold a charge, replace it.
-
5
Place the projector between 9.6 inches and 10.6 feet from the projection screen to ensure the image will be in focus. Rotate the dial on the front of the projector to fine tune the focus. Move the projector closer to the screen if the image is too large. If the image is too small, move the projector further away.
