How to Troubleshoot a Totaline P474-0100
The Totaline P474-0100 is a digital thermostat that allows you to operate heating and cooling systems. Unlock your thermostat's keypad if the front panel buttons are disabled. To do so, press and hold the "Mode" button. While holding it, press the "Up" and "Down" buttons together.

Press the "Mode" button and check your settings if your air conditioner or heating device isn't cooling or heating.

Make it's set to "Cool" for air conditioning, and "Heat" for heating. Press the "Mode" button repeatedly to adjust the settings.

Press the "Mode" button repeatedly to disable the "Auto" feature if you want to adjust your settings manually. When the thermostat is in "Auto" mode, it will automatically select heat or cooling based on room temperature.

Press the "Up" or "Down" arrow buttons in any of the modes to adjust the temperature settings if your heating or cooling device isn't getting warmer or cooler.

Check the fan button on your thermostat if your cooling or heating device is on, but not blowing air. Press the "Fan" button and select "Fan On" to turn on the fan.
