How to Move People in Your ESPN Fantasy Football Roster

Participants assemble a team of real NFL players and compete each week against other fantasy players with an eye toward the post-season and ultimate league championship. Click "Edit Lineup" in the left-hand side of the screen.

Click "Drop Players" to eliminate a player from your roster. If you want to add a new player, you have to first clear up a spot on the roster if your roster is full.

Click "Add Players" to search the free agent list. Select a player by clicking "Add" to recruit the player to your team.

Click "Manage IR" to move players from the starting lineup to the bench and vice versa. The IR is the "Injured Reserve."

Drag and drop a player's name onto the bench.

Move players by trading with other teams by visiting another team's page, clicking on a player you want to recruit, and selecting "Propose Trade."

Choose a player or players on your own roster for which you want to make the trade, and select the duration of time the proposal will be active. If the other team manager accepts, your player(s) will be swapped for his.
