How to Move People in Your ESPN Fantasy Football Roster

Fantasy sports leagues were popular long before the rise of the Internet, but online fantasy sports has changed the landscape, making it more efficient and more accessible. ESPN.com runs a fantasy football league during the NFL season. Participants assemble a team of real NFL players and compete each week against other fantasy players with an eye toward the post-season and ultimate league championship. To succeed, it's necessary to make adjustments to the roster as the season progresses.
