How Is Dry Lube Applied to Metal Parts?
Dry lubricant is a spray lubricant designed to be used in areas prone to the build-up of grime. It sprays on wet, then cures quickly into a dry film to prevent attracting dirt and debris. One of the most popular uses of dry lubricant is for bicycle chains, but it can also be used on other metals, wood, rubber and glass. It is safe for painted surfaces, leather and fabric. Some types of plastics are also tolerant of the lubricant, but a hidden area should be tested before use. Does this Spark an idea?
