Eyebrows help frame of your face. When styling and plucking your eyebrows, do not over-pluck, but trim them just enough to frame your eyes. Thin brows may make your face look unnatural, while overgrown brows make you look unkempt. Your brows should generally begin at your inner tear duct and end just past the outside corner of your eye.   • Strong-hold gel

      Apply eyebrow gel to your eyebrows and train them in the shape you want. If you have several stray hairs, course or unruly eyebrows, use a strong-hold hair gel on your brows. However; if you have sensitive skin, the hair gel may cause irritation. You want just enough gel to moisten each eyebrow hair.

      Brush in the gel with an eyebrow brush to cover every piece of hair. Brush your eyebrows as close to their natural pattern as possible, to help them train easier.

      Continue this process until your brows are trained in a pattern suitable for you. It may take days or weeks to get your eyebrows trained.

Tips & Warnings

  • Pluck your eyebrows right after a shower or bath, when your pores are more open. This helps the hairs come out easily with less irritation.

  • Shape magazine suggests you stand back from the mirror after you pluck a few hairs. This helps you see your entire face and both eyebrows, so you pluck both of your brows evenly.
