Instructions

    • 1

Turn the cashmere inside out. Lay the sweater on an ironing board.

    • 2

Fill a clothes iron's water compartment with distilled water. Set the iron on medium heat. Let the iron heat up.

    • 3

Moisten (not soak) a plush, white cloth with water. Lay the cloth over the creased portion of the sweater.

    • 4

Press the warm iron gently onto the white cloth. Push the iron's spray button to disperse steam onto the cloth. Keep the iron on the cloth for just three seconds.

    • 5

Move the cloth onto another creased portion of the cashmere. Gently press the cloth with the iron for three seconds. Disperse steam onto the cloth to remove the fold creases.

    • 6

Continue moving the cloth over the creased portion of the cashmere, using the previous ironing method. Remove all fold creases from the sweater.

Tips & Warnings

  • Frequently clean the cashmere to prevent moth infestation.

  • Failure to constantly keep a cloth between the cashmere and iron may cause the sweater to become scorched.
