  • Baking soda
  • Trash bag
  • Spray bottle
  • White vinegar

      Place the jacket inside a large garbage bag.

      Sprinkle a generous coating of baking soda over the jacket, and tie the bag closed. Let the jacket sit in the coat overnight, and the baking soda will naturally absorb the odor.

      Shake the coat off outdoors the next day, to get rid of the baking soda.

      Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar and mist it over the jacket to further deodorize it, if needed.
