How to Fix Yahoo Widgets

Yahoo! Widgets add calendars, clocks, weather forecasts, calculators, utilities and more to the desktop of your computer. This allows you to add efficiency to your day by having access to these features right on your desktop. Most widgets require an Internet connection to receive the latest data. Occasionally, a widget may stop functioning. Restart Yahoo! widgets to fix a widget that has malfunctioned.

Instructions

1. Right-click the Yahoo! Widgets icon in the taskbar located in the bottom-right of your screen. The icon features a letter "Y."

2. Click "Exit Yahoo! Widgets" from the drop-down menu.

3. Click the "Start" button located in the bottom-left of the screen. Click "All Programs," "Yahoo! Widgets" and then click "Yahoo! Widgets" to restart the widgets.
