How to Remove a Moderator From IPB 3

Remove a moderator from Invision Power Board 3.

There are times when you'll have to remove a moderator from your Invision Power Board 3 (IPB 3). Sometimes, people move into other areas of employment, or they can be hired, fired or shifted logistically. No matter the cause, removing a moderator from IPB 3 is done in just a few steps, regardless if he is a group moderator or only a sub-folder moderator.

Instructions

Removing a Main Forum Moderator

1. Click "ACP" and select "Management." Select "Manage Forums."

2. Click "Show Moderator Options."

3. Select the moderators name, and then choose "Remove."

Removing a Sub-Forum Moderator

1. Click "ACP" and select "Management." Select "Manage Forums."

2. Select the sub-forum name that the person moderates.

3. Click "Show Moderator Options."

4. Select the moderator's name, and click "Remove."
