Instructions

    • 1

Combine water, corn syrup and brown sugar in skillet.

    • 2

Heat the skillet on low heat on the stove. Continue to stir the ingredients until a smooth, even texture has formed.

    • 3

Open up a box of plain cereal. Pour the amount of cereal you want to eat into a mixing bowl.

    • 4

Scoop up the hot frosting with a spoon and slowly drizzle it over the top of the breakfast cereal.

    • 5

Mix up the cereal to ensure you get an even coat of frosting.

    • 6

Allow the cereal and topping to sit for two minutes before eating. This allows the frosting to take a sugary, solid form.

Tips & Warnings

  • The frosting is hot. Place the mixing bowl near the skillet, so you don't spill the hot glaze. Be careful not to burn yourself while pouring the frosting on the cereal.
