How to Configure HyperTerminal
HyperTerminal is a program available with older versions of the Windows operating system that's used to transfer data. To configure HyperTerminal, you need to first connect the computer to a router to make a connection to your office network or to the Internet. Setting up HyperTerminal on the computer allows you to communicate with the router. This requires the use of the correct type of cable from the computer to the router.
