How to French Braid With a Weave
When you have hair extensions or a weave, you may wish to French braid your hair. A French braid is a popular hairstyle for those with shoulder length or longer hair or extensions. Unlike a regular braid, French braids typically begin at the crown of your head and go down the back of the head. Does this Spark an idea?

Comb your natural hair over where your extensions are attached to hide them, if possible.

Section off a two-inch segment of hair from the front of your head using a comb. Separate the segment into three strands.

Hold two of the three strands of hair: One in your right hand and one in your left hand. Let the middle strand hang loosely.

Place the strand in your right hand over the middle strand and then place the left strand over the middle strand.

Add sections of loose hair from each side of your head into the braid as you continue to braid. Keep on braiding your hair using the crisscross technique until you finish your braid. Secure the end of the braid with a ribbon or barrette.

Tips & Warnings
Make sure you loosely braid your natural hair and the weave together, so that you won't have a hard time taking out your french braid.
