How to Get Flash on Android
Many sites across the Web employ Adobe's proprietary markup to generate Flash support on their Web pages. Flash supports a number of functions, including dynamic menus, moving interfaces and video. To watch videos supported by Adobe Flash on your Android device, you must download and install an application plug-in. The plug-in is available free from Adobe's website.

Power on your Android device and pull down the app tray by pressing your thumb against the top of the home screen and pulling down to the bottom.

Tap the "Android Market" icon in the app tray.

Tap "Search." Type "flash player" in the search field and press "Enter."
