Try out a fake fringe bang before cutting your hair.

A fringe bang is a hair style where the bangs are cut straight across the forehead. Fringe bangs go well with many different hair cuts and styles. However, if you cut your bangs and find you don't like them, you will have to wait for them to grow out. If you want the look of fringe bangs without cutting your hair, or if you would like to try them out before cutting your hair, you can simply fake them with bobby pins and a headband. Instructions

    • 1

Gather the hair in the front part of your crown, and use a comb to evenly section it off from your other hair.

    • 2

Flat iron this portion of your hair if your hair is naturally curly or wavy. Fringe bangs are styled straight.

    • 3

Hold on to the end of the hair and the middle of it, then take the middle and pull it backwards until the ends cover your forehead similarly to a fringe bang.

    • 4

Pin the hair to your crown using bobby pins. Adjust the hair of fake fringe until it looks realistic, then cover the area you pinned with a headband.
