How to Put a Layout on Facebook
You can put a layout on Facebook to give your profile a personalized look. Whether you designed the layout yourself or downloaded one someone else designed for you, uploading a layout to Facebook applies an aesthetic to your profile that each visitor sees. Facebook layouts span the row of five pictures that run along the top edge of the profile and in some instances, the main profile image as well.
