How to Add a Facebook Link on Blogger

Facebook provides the HTML code to insert into websites to let you link them to a Facebook page. You can generate links to your Facebook profile or your business or fan page by using the "Badges" feature, which includes an automatic Blogger widget for easy integration. Many bloggers use links that show a picture, an email address and status updates on their sites.

Instructions

1. Log in to both your Facebook and Blogger accounts.

2. Click on "Add a badge to your site," located on the bottom of the left pane on your Facebook profile page.

3. Click "Badges Home" in the left pane under "Profile Badges," then choose which link type to create. You can choose your profile, page, photos or your list of "Likes."

4. Click either "Create a new Badge" or "Edit this badge," then choose a layout and items to include and click "Save." The preview updates for each change so you can see what the link will look like.

5. Click on the "Blogger" icon under "Choose where to add the badge" to open a Blogger window.

6. Choose you blog's name from the "Select a blog" drop-down menu.

7. Enter a title for the link, then click "Add widget."

8. Click "Save" in the design window, then view your blog.
