Instructions

  1. Rectangluar Envelope

    • 1

Place the template on the paper, close to its edge and on the wrong side of patterned paper. The top is the rectangle with the half-moon shapes in the center; the words and dimensions are at the bottom.

    • 2

Mark around the top outer edge, using a stylus or a pencil, down the left side flap and around the bottom. Do not mark the half-moon on the right.

    • 3

Mark the straight fold lines forming a rectangle in the center.

    • 4

Flip the template over so that the left side flap is on the right side. Mark it and the fold line.

    • 5

Cut around the outline. Crease along the fold lines so the wrong side of the paper is inside.

    • 6

Place double-sided tape or glue on the edges of the left and right side flaps. Fold the top down over them.

    • 7

Turn the envelope around. Your bottom flap is now at the top.
