How to Make a Homemade Square Favor Box
Many people like to give party favors to guests at events such as birthday parties, baby showers and holiday get-togethers. Often, the favors relate to the theme of the party. For example, if it is a Valentine's Day party, you might give away chocolates or decorative hearts. One creative way to present party favors is in a homemade decorative box. Like the favors inside, the box can go along with the occasion.

Draw designs on the shoebox or write words that relate to the theme of the party or event. For example, if you are throwing a baby shower, decorate the box with drawings of rattles and words such as "It's a Boy!" If you are throwing a birthday party, draw birthday-related pictures and write phrases such as "Jordan is 30!"
