How to Make a Wrench Xylophone
The xylophone's origins stretch back more than 1000 years, with the earliest known example found in southeast Asia. Traditional xylophones are made of wooden bars of different lengths laid across an acoustic frame, which the player then strikes with a mallet. Though not often heard in popular music, they remain common in orchestras. Make your own homemade xylophone and begin to explore an obscure instrument that has persisted throughout the ages.
