Few people would turn down the chance to have unlimited ammo online, run homebrew and play emulators like the JTAG mod promises. Setting it up, however, intimidates most because of the amount of technical work that goes into the mod, i.e., soldering cables to the HDD drive motherboard. Installing the JTAG mod by way of USB, however, requires no soldering and is much easier and faster.

Download, install and run USB Xplorer and XeX Loader on your PC.

Go to "System Settings" on your console and choose "Memory Devices." Copy your gamer profile to your USB flash drive.

Open USB Xplorer and select "File," followed by "Open Device." Choose your USB and search for your gamer profile under E0000. Save it.

Run XeX loader and open "My XeX Files." Open your profile and select "Inject XeX Files." Go back to USB Xplorer and search for your profile again. Select it. Choose "Inject" and select the profile you previously injected the XeX files into. Select "0" and click delete. Insert the USB into the console.
