How to Check if VMWare Is Taking Snapshots
VMWare Workstation is a virtualization application that allows you to run multiple instances of other operating systems on your Windows computer or server. The VMWare software includes a snapshot feature, which captures the state of your virtual machine and stores a complete backup of its content so you can revert to it at any time. If you are concerned about storage space on your computer or server, you can quickly check to see if your instance of VMWare Workstation is taking snapshots.
