Open the GarageBand application.

Drag and drop the voice clips onto the timeline. Create a separate track for each clip. The sources can be the GarageBand library, or directly from the Finder.

Drag the volume control slider left or right to decrease or increase the volume level for each individual track. By modifying the volume level of each track, you can achieve the desired sound levels for the project.
