How to Disable Access to the Title Bar in Firefox
The Mozilla Firefox Web browser gives you a number of customization options that allow you to personalize the Web browser's look to fit your needs. These customization options include the ability to add and remove toolbars, apply themes, change the browser's color scheme and even remove the Firefox title bar if you so choose.

Launch Firefox.

Click the "View" tab, move your cursor over the "Toolbars" option and remove the check mark next to the "Menu Bar" option.

Click the "View" tab, move your mouse cursor over the "Toolbars" option and place a check mark next to the "Tabs on Top" option.

Type "about:config" into the browser's address bar. Press the "Enter" key and click the "I'll be careful, I promise!" button.

Scroll down to the "browser.tabs.drawInTitlebar" entry and double-click the "Value" column to set the preference's value to "True." The Firefox title bar is now inaccessible.
Full-Screen Mode

Launch Firefox.

Press the "F11" key to put the browser into full-screen mode. While in full-screen mode, you do not have access to the title bar.

Press the "F11" key a second time to exit out of full-screen mode whenever you want to close the browser.
