How to Deep Moisturize Hair at Home
The overuse of chemical styling products such as gels and hair spray can dry and damage hair over time. Daily use of hair dryers, curling irons and flat irons, which use concentrated amounts of heat to style the hair, also rob the hair of needed moisture and nutrients. Bottled hair conditioning products keep the hair moist on a daily or weekly basis, but to really deep moisturize your hair, you need to use all-natural products found in your kitchen. Does this Spark an idea?

Tips & Warnings
Using cold water when rinsing is preferable to warm because it closes the pores of the hair follicles, trapping the treatment ingredients inside. Do hair treatments on a weekly basis until hair appears shiny and moisturized. People with oily hair should use this treatment method only once a month.
