How to Check Indexing in Baidu

Improve your website indexing on Baidu.

Researchers use the Baidu index for website keyword research and market analysis. They can check the number of visitors to a site who accessed items with certain keywords in the last 30 days. The Baidu index uses the search queries on Baidu web search and Baidu news search to generate the index information. This information includes number of visits to a site, the number of visitors from different regions and the keywords they searched. The Baidu index is useful in providing information for search engine optimization, keyword choices and market strategies.

• Baidu Index

1. Go to the Baidu index website. Click the "Register" button to register your website on Baidu index. Enter a user name, a password and your website domain name in the text boxes. Click "Agree to the Regulations and Register" to continue registering.

2. Add the visiting analysis code provided by the Baidu index to each page of your website. Copy the JavaScript code in the text box. Paste it before the body section in your Web page.

3. Click the "Enter" button to go to your index page. You can see a list of Web domains into which you have added the indexing code. Click the website that you have just registered for Baidu indexing. Click "Check Report" to see the indexing results.
