Instructions

    • 1

Fill the crystal bowl with colorful marbles, rocks or wrapped candy. Choose an item that fits the theme of the engagement party or any item that means something special to the soon-to-be bride and groom. For example, if the couple both love a certain brand of chocolate fill the bowls with said chocolates.

Pour distilled water in the bowl until it reaches the 1/4 or 1/2 mark of the crystal. Distilled water does not cause as many bubbles as tap water. Place a tea light candle in a floating candle holder, and carefully set in the water-filled bowl. Alternatively, use floating candles.

Place silk flowers inside the bowl. The virtually endless choices with silk flowers will give you a wide array of options for decorating the crystal bowl. Furthermore, wrap a coordinating ribbon around the crystal and tie a bow in the front.

Fill the crystal with fresh fruit.
