How to Make a Rotation Circle Smaller in Maya
Autodesk Maya is a 3-D modeling and graphics software application used for video game development, computer animations, and special effects for movies and television shows. Features of the program include shadowing, lighting and 3-D rendering. You can also create rotating images, whether they be cars, globes or characters. If you have created a rotation circle, you can make it smaller by decreasing the size of the rotate tool.

Double-click the "Maya" icon to launch the Maya program.

Click the "Windows" icon and hover over "Settings/Preferences." Click "Preferences" when it pops up.

Double-click the "Display" category and click "Manipulators."

Move the "Global Scale" slider to the right of the "Global Scale" option to decrease the rotate size.

Select the rotate tool and click the "-" icon until you are satisfied with the smaller size of the rotation circle.
