How to Use Makeup to Cover Laugh Lines

Laugh lines are no laughing matter.

Laughter might be the best medicine, but laugh lines are no laughing matter for many women. While nothing short of plastic surgery can completely erase laugh lines, it is easy to minimize laugh lines with a few quick makeup tricks.

Things You'll Need

• Facial moisturizer
• Concealer

Instructions

1. Apply moisturizer to your face. Moisturizer provides a base for your makeup and prevents drying from the use of makeup products.

2. Dab concealer around the laugh line area. Choose specially formulated wrinkle-reducing concealer, if possible. The concealer should be about one shade lighter than your natural skin tone.

3. Blend concealer completely with fingers or a makeup sponge.
