2
Apply a concealer product to bald patches on your scalp. This type of product is available in sprays or powder form. Choose a color that matches your hair color and follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully when applying the product. You can buy this type of product at beauty supply stores.

Wear a wig or hairpiece to conceal balding. Wig prices vary, so shop around and try them on to ensure you have a good fit. Go to beauty supply stores, salons and local wig stores in your area. Alternatively, speak to your doctor for recommendations.

4
Get a hair transplant. This surgical procedure consists of taking hair plugs from one area of your head and planting them into the bald sections of hair. You may need to get more than one transplant, however, and it can be expensive.

5
Get a scalp reduction surgery. The scalp can become stretched over time, thus the doctor can remove the bald, stretched areas. Alternatively, the doctor may fold the hair-covered parts of scalp over the bald spots. Discuss the details with your doctor so that you know the risks involved, such as scarring or infection.
