1
Avoid overloading the washing machine. When you stuff the washing machine, it makes it difficult for the clothes to move adequately, leading to wrinkles.
-
2
Add one cup of white vinegar to the rinse cycle while your clothes are in the washing machine. Vinegar will help to relax wrinkles, and it will not leave an unpleasant odor.

3
Place two tennis balls into the dryer before beginning the cycle. They will help the clothing to keep moving and beat out wrinkles.
-
4
Remove your clothing from the dryer immediately after the cycle finishes. The longer you allow your clothes to sit in the dryer, the more likely wrinkles become.
-
5
Hang or fold your clothes as soon as possible to avoid wrinkling. As a general rule, hanging clothes prevents wrinkles better than folding.
-
6
Place any severely wrinkled, dry items in the dryer with a damp towel. In 10 minutes, these clothes will be wrinkle free.
