How to Troubleshoot the LSR7010PQ1
The Whirlpool LSR7010PQ1 is a top-loading washing machine designed for residential use. If you are having problems with your LSR7010PQ1, there are a few things that you can do to get it back up and running. The most common problems have to do with water connections, power infractions and vibrations coming from the unit. You don't have to take your washer to a repair shop to get it working again. Power Issues

Go to the back of the washer and make sure that it is plugged into the wall outlet in your laundry room. Disconnect any extension cords that are connected to the wall outlet. Extension cords will cut down the amount of power getting to the unit.

Check the power cord to make sure there are no frays or breaks in the cord. If there are frays or breaks, replace the power cord immediately. A fray in your power cord can cause electrical fires or damage to the unit.

Go to your fuse box and check the breaker going to the laundry room. The breaker should be in the "On" position. Reset the breaker if it is in the "Off" position. The breaker box should have been labeled by the rooms in your house by your electrician during installation.
Water Issues

Check the drain hose on your washer. This hose is used to carry the dirty water out of the washer and through the drainpipe in your laundry room. If the drain hose is clogged, you will start getting leaks coming from the bottom of the unit.

Go to the back of your washer and use a pair of channel locks to tighten the water hoses on the back of the washer. If the water hoses are loose, water will leak from the connections.

Go to the water faucets in the laundry room. Tighten the connections to the water hoses with the channel locks to. If these connections are loose, water will leak into the walls in your laundry room.

Turn the water faucets clockwise to open them. If the water faucets are turned "Off," water will not be able to get into the basket.
Washer Vibrates Or Is Noisy

Place a level on each side of the washer to make sure that it is level. If the washer is not level, the washer will vibrate and bounce around in your laundry room.

Adjust the feet at the bottom of your washer with a wrench. There is a nut on the bottom of the feet. Loosen the nut to adjust the feet to level the washer.

Check the washer basket to make sure there are no toys, pens, coins or other foreign objects inside. These will clank around in the basket, making noise during a load.
