      Open AutoCAD from your Program Files or by clicking a shortcut link on your desktop.

      Click the "Layer Properties" button under the "Layers" tab located on the home screen. Notice that the "Layer Properties Manager" window appears.

      Click "Settings" in the top right-hand corner of the "Layer Properties Manager" window. Notice that the "Layer Settings" window appears.

      Uncheck the box next to "Evaluate New Layers Added to Drawing" to turn off the "Unreconciled Layers" message.
