How to Deal With a Boss That Has Psychological Problems
A rude or demanding comment from your boss has the ability to ruin your mood or, worse, your entire day in the workplace. Over time, if the negativity continues, your boss' behavior will affect your workplace morale and cause emotional stress in your daily life. Dealing with a boss who is experiencing psychological outbursts or problems is somewhat challenging and requires patience and a bit of understanding to find solutions to the issues. Because every boss has a different personality, it is important to understand the root of the issue before attempting to confront and resolve it.

1
Assess your current workplace situation and the issues you are having with your boss. Take note of your boss' behavior and attitude, along with any actions you find inappropriate for the workplace.
-
2
Create a list and keep track of incidents and confrontations with your boss, and include specific details, quotes and actions from him. Include the date of the incident any time you have a negative encounter with your boss.
-
-
3
Communicate directly with your boss about the inappropriate behavior he is displaying, and request for it to stop immediately. Sending an email to your boss allows you to securely document any written responses as well as your original communication (in cases of wrongful termination or further abusive treatment).
-
4
Report your boss' actions to your human resources department to file an official complaint (if it is not resolved between you two directly). Use any documented evidence you have for your case to protect your job while standing up for yourself.
