How to Spit Shine Boots With Lighter Fluid
If you have a nice pair of black boots, shining them with shoe polish should be part of your regular maintenance schedule. However, if your boots have accumulated a thick layer of old polish, adding new shoe polish will not make them look in tip-top condition.
