How to Troubleshoot OpenX

OpenX can be a powerful marketing tool, but when things go awry, a solution must be found.

It is written in PHP and provides users with many tools of banner management including banner rotation, click tracking, zone-based campaign targeting and Adobe Flash support. It is a useful tool for Web administrators and others in need of advertising on the Internet. However, when OpenX stops working, it may be challenging to identify the source of the problem.

4. Post a question to the OpenX community forums if problem persists. The forum consists of OpenX users and staff.

5. Report a bug to the OpenX staff if your problem still persists after trying all prior steps. This will generally fix the issue if there is in fact a bug within the code.
