1
Get your circular object and place it on your cardboard. Trace a circle onto your cardboard and draw 8 lines on the cardboard that meet in the center. It should look like 8 pieces of pie.
Cut about an inch into each line and punch a hole in the middle of the circle where the lines intersect.

Take 7 strands of your embroidery floss and cut them to a length of 24 inches each. Leaving enough loose string to tie the bracelet together, tie the strands together with a slip knot. Poke the knot through the middle of the cardboard and tape the string that you will not be weaving down to the cardboard.

Flip the cardboard over to the side showing the string that will be woven and tuck each strand into the slits in the cardboard. One slit will be empty. Position your cardboard loom so that the empty slit is in front of you.

4
Count 3 strings going clockwise. Take the third string and move it into the empty slit in front of you. Turn the loom so that the new empty slit is in front of you. Repeat this step until the bracelet reaches your desired length.
