How to Locate the Headphone Jack on a Computer
A computer headphone jack is a 3.5 mm port that accepts pin-shaped plugs from standard headphones. If you own a laptop computer, you will find the headphone jack located along one of the front or side edges of your computer. Most laptops use a small graphic or carving in the shape of headphones to indicate the purpose of the port. If you own a PC, the headphone jack may be located in several places.
