MobileMe is a subscription service from Apple that lets users synchronize email, calendars and contacts across multiple Mac computers. If you store contact information on your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad, you can transfer that data to your Mac through the iTunes application. Once the data has been retrieved through iTunes, you can configure the Address Book app to sync the contact records with your MobileMe account.
