4
Unplug the unit from the wall before you start working on it. Open the dishwasher door and remove the dish tray from the unit.

5
Use a torque screwdriver to remove the screws holding the spray arm to the unit. Check over the chopper assembly to make sure it is not broken. If the chopper assembly is broken, replace it with a new unit.

6
Turn the motor wheel to make sure it is not stuck. If the motor wheel is stuck, use a pair of channel locks to turn it. Remove any debris or food found in the motor wheel assembly.

7
Check the drain tube under your sink to make sure it is not kinked. If the drain tube is kinked, the dishwasher will not be able to drain the water out of the unit.

Check the seal on the dishwasher if it is leaking water. Remove the retaining clips from the seal, then pull the seal out of the seal gap. Soak a new seal in water for 20 minutes, then apply it to the seal gap. Reconnect the retaining clips.
